On the Morning Upgrade Podcast, I interview entrepreneurs that have a growth mindset every single week. I’ve loved listening to their personal development tips, especially their morning routines. Here is a round-up of morning routines from my podcast guest in episodes 61-70

#61 Alon Braun

In episode #61 I spoke with author Alon Braun. He has a morning routine in place to help him start off on the right foot. When he first gets up he makes breakfast for his kids and coffee for himself. After time with them in the morning, he makes his commute to work. Prioritizing his work helps him stay on task, so during his drive, he plans what he needs to accomplish throughout his day. A big tip he gave us is to spend time reciting gratitude during the day.

#62 Ian Brooks

In episode #62, I talk with Ian Brooks. He is a doctor and author who has helped many people seek expansion. Ian shares how his morning routine helps him start his day in a positive way. He gets up at 5:30 a.m. and he makes his way to the gym at 6:30 a.m. During this time, he thinks about his intentions for the day and it sets him up to be productive. I love this because I encourage my followers to do habit stacking. This is a perfect example of that.

#63 Catherine Willows

Catherine Willows talks with me on episode #63 about her morning routine. She is a functional medicine coach who works with people to help improve their health naturally. Catherine begins her day with chai tea and a good source of protein. Then she follows that up with 20-30 minutes of exercise for herself. Also, she helps her dogs get exercise by letting them be a part of the workout. After she works out, she meditates and sorts through her intentions for the day.

#64 Doug Brackmann

I talk with Doug Brackmann, who has a Ph.D. in Psychology, on episode #64 about the morning routine that he has in place. Doug likes to start his day with a bulletproof coffee and a time of meditation. His morning routine sometimes changes a little bit from day to day, but one thing he always makes sure to do is to meditate.

#65 Ben Winter

Ben Winter is a business owner who helps companies with their team-building strategies. He loves spending time with his son and having fun in life. I talked with him on episode #65 about what he includes in his morning routine to get his day started. Ben is an early riser, even without an alarm clock. Each morning he likes to take a walk, spend time reading, and gets a shower so he can feel ready to face the day.

#66 Spencer Powell

In episode #66, I talk with Spencer Powell. He runs a digital marketing agency that helps clients all over the US. Spencer is a family man and loves to spend time with his kids and have fun with them. His morning routine begins around 5:30 or 6:00 a.m. He starts the day by making breakfast for his kids and hanging out with them.

#67 Derrick Kinney

The CEO of Good Money Framework, Derrick Kinney, talks with me on episode #67 about his morning routine. He gets up at 6 a.m. and completes a workout with weights to get his day started on a good note. Following that, he recites affirmations and gives thanks. He begins his workday by completing the most challenging task to be as productive as possible.

#68 Zander Fryer

Zander Dryer is the owner of High Impact Coaching. He talks with me on episode #68 about what he does in his morning routine to get his day started. Zander starts his day bright and early, at 4 a.m. It’s a good thing because he likes to spend time focusing on physical therapy, 20 minutes of mediation, visualizations, and ending the time with an ice bath.

#69 Joe Sanok

I talk with Joe Sanok on episode #69 about the morning routine that he likes to do. He’s an author that has a podcast called Practice of the Practice. As an active person, he finds ways to involve his daughters in his activities. One of their favorite things to do is paddle boarding. Although he loves to do a morning routine, he is not an early riser. He likes to hit the snooze button a few times each morning and get a few extra minutes of sleep. Then makes breakfast for the family, showers, and gets the kids to school. Joe will take a few minutes to meditate and read before officially beginning his workday.

#70 Ken Kladouris

Ken Kladouris joins me on episode #70 to talk about his morning routine. He’s an author and online course creator that owns a wealth management practice. Ken loves outdoor activities and enjoying the warm California weather. For his morning routine, he likes to begin his day with meditation, gratitude journaling, and setting goals for his day. To be as successful as possible, he likes to start with the day’s most important task.

I hope you will feel inspired by the morning routines of my guests. As a person that is committed to personal development, I always enjoy hearing how others start their day.
