Hi, I’m Ryan Cote, the creator of Morning Upgrade where I write about personal development topics that focus on growth, mindset, learning, and health. Also, as an entrepreneur myself, I use my experience to address ways to inject personal development into the workplace and how you can create a lasting impact as a leader. 

I created a specific morning routine that I call the BMP routine. It stands for Body, Mind, and Progress. This routine is designed to focus on exercises and activities that will help you increase your physical strength, mental strength, and see the progress you are making every day. I’m a firm believer that small, intentional steps are the key to creating a big impact. 

The reason I love morning routines so much is that it sets the tone for your day. If you’re into personal development, this is a great way to upgrade your life. When you spend the first 45 minutes of your day investing in yourself, you will make better decisions throughout the day that will be in line with your personal development goals.
